Utah Gets Top Rankings

Utah has been a leader in several significant areas of commerce and government. As one of the best run states in the nation, Utah is garnering attention from companies and individuals nationwide and worldwide.

For instance, the Milken Institute’s 2009 report on the Top 50 Best Performing U.S. cities include Salt Lake City #3, Provo/Orem #28 and Ogden/Clearfield #32.  Forbes continues to cite Utah as a top state for business and jobs in their 2010 report. The ALEC/Laffer report in 2009 ranks Utah #1 for the best economic outlook. There are a number of additional rankings where Utah is among the top picks in the nation for quality of life, recreation, best places to live and work environment.

What does this mean to you? It means, with businesses moving to Utah we have an influx of people needing to live here. Our real  estate market, state economy and tax base continue to improve. Those who have already invested in Utah are significantly better off than those in most areas around the country, and those considering investing here get their money’s worth and a high quality of life. That’s a great investment!
